If your web application uses a function found in a particular file, but 
the application says that the function does not exist, then the file was
 probably corrupted during the upload process, or during the download 
process from the software vendor's website. The best way to correct this
 is to redownload the software package from the vendor's website, and 
then reupload the corrupt file.
